Terms of service

1. The Service

SuperThreads is a tool for creating, scheduling, publishing and analysing content on Threads. You connect Threads accounts through Meta's official authorization flow and can then compose and schedule posts, reply to and moderate conversations, view insights, track keywords and public profiles, collaborate with your team and use AI assistance. The Service works only through the official Threads API and within the permissions you grant.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You may connect only Threads accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Agencies connecting client accounts must hold that client's permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for all activity in your account and workspaces, including actions by members you invite and API keys you create.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use SuperThreads to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk replies or repetitive, misleading or inauthentic content;
• buy, sell or artificially inflate followers, likes, replies or other engagement;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or act on an account without permission;
• publish illegal, infringing, hateful or deceptive content;
• violate the Threads Terms of Use, Meta's Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms or any applicable law;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or resell the Service, or circumvent its rate limits and safeguards.

SuperThreads applies safety limits to automation. We may pause automations, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules or put Threads users, Meta or the Service at risk.

4. Your content and responsibility

You keep all rights to the content you create, upload or publish. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for everything published through your account, including content generated with AI assistance and content sent by automations you enable. Review AI output before publishing; it may be inaccurate.

5. Third-party platforms

SuperThreads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Threads features depend on Meta's API. If Meta changes its terms, withdraws permissions or limits API access, affected features may change or stop working, and we are not liable for that.

6. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep SuperThreads available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages or rate limits may delay scheduled posts or other actions. We may add, change or remove features.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Data is handled after termination as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forward Fastion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Forward Fastion is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction, without depriving you of protections given by mandatory consumer law where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
